A :class:`Blueprint` object works similarly to the :class:`Flask`
application object, but it is not actually an application. It is a
*blueprint* of how to construct or extend an application.
When you register a blueprint on an application, all the functions that
were registered on the blueprint, such as routes and error handlers, are
applied to the application. In this way, you can define the parts of an
application without needing the application itself.
Flask uses a concept of *blueprints* for making application components and
supporting common patterns within an application or across applications.
